Manage your own pipeline of leads while maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

Connect with the local Lake Orion community through networking and consistent, professional outreach.

Collaborate with the broader team to reach our shared goals for growth and service excellence.

Valid Property and Casualty insurance license for the state of Michigan.

Demonstrable history of success in sales roles or client-facing environments.

Strong comfort level with computers and digital insurance management platforms.

Exceptional ability to explain complex policy details in plain, understandable language.

Active listening skills that help build genuine rapport with prospective clients.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience with agency management systems is a plus.
