Regional Cardiovascular Lead - Florida/Georgia Line

Job Overview The Regional Cardiovascular Lead (RCL) is a field-based expert responsible for engaging clinical scientific leaders and key decision makers to drive scientific exchange, product adoption, and gather strategic insights in the cardiovascular space. The role supports cross‑functional collaboration, territory business planning, attendance at key scientific society meetings, and compliance in alignment with our company's business objectives. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted resource on cardiovascular disease and our company products. Lead approved scientific discussions and attend key scientific society meetings. Support educational programs and gather strategic insights from scientific leaders. Identify customer needs and treatment dynamics, sharing actionable insights with headquarters to inform territory-level business plans. Develop territory-level business plans, drive pull‑through efforts, monitor performance, and maintain product expertise. Ensure all activities meet legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, accurately documenting customer interactions. Qualifications and Skills Minimum: Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in sales, healthcare, or marketing. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific and public health concepts to diverse audiences. Technologically proficient (e.g., MS Office, iPad). Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory, including overnight stays. Preferred: Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PharmD), 2+ years of recent cardiovascular market and product experience, and experience in thought‑leader engagement within healthcare.
