Senior Product Designer Shape the next generation of Kimia's Chemical Intelligence platform. You'll lead foundational UI/UX, streamline complex industry workflows, and elevate how customers interact with large volumes of critical chemical, regulatory and commercial data. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design for core product areas Run discovery and research to understand complex, domain-heavy workflows Build and maintain a scalable design system and raise UI quality Shape product direction with Product and Engineering through systems thinking Establish design processes, produce key artefacts, and mentor designers Lay the foundations for a growing design function with potential for leadership Personal attributes Curious and eager to learn technical domains High ownership, you push work forward and raise quality Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration Clear communicator who can simplify dense information Empathy for users working in mission-critical environments Notes We are a remote-first company.
