POSITION – Press Operator / Prepress General Worker

JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–9:00 PM

STARTING PAY – $21+/hr, based on experience

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Manufacturing, printing, or prepress experience preferred; willing to consider candidates with related experience and a strong willingness to learn.

• Produce offset printing plates and manufacturing materials according to schedule and priority.
• Operate and maintain department equipment.
• Perform equipment maintenance as needed.
• Assist the Prepress department with various daily tasks.
• Follow quality and production standards.
• Communicate with team members to keep production moving efficiently.

• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Motivated and professional.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Manufacturing or printing experience is a plus.
• Experience with prepress equipment is preferred but not required.

Preferred Experience: Manufacturing, Print Industry, Prepress, Kodak Magnus Platesetter/Plate Processor, Zund Digital Cutting Systems
