Job Title: Bilingual Industrial Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Taylor, TX
Pay: $28.00 per hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexible overtime as needed
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

StaffPro Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Bilingual Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to oversee front-line employees and ensure that assigned facilities are cleaned safely, efficiently, and according to company and client standards. This is a hands-on supervisory position that requires actively participating in cleaning duties while leading the team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and support front-line cleaning employees.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed within the required timeframes.
• Monitor productivity levels and customer service requirements.
• Ensure employees follow all safety, security, quality, and compliance standards established by the company, client, and regulatory authorities.
• Perform hands-on cleaning of designated areas, including lobbies, offices, break rooms, restrooms, floors, and trash receptacles.
• Ensure trash receptacles and surrounding areas remain clean and free of debris.
• Manage employee schedules, lunches, and breaks.
• Maintain communication with Duty Managers and the Account Manager to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Train, coach, counsel, and discipline employees when necessary.
• Partner with the Safety and Quality Manager to maintain a safe and secure operation.
• Set a positive and professional example for the workforce.
• Complete reports and maintain accurate operational documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• At least five years of construction-site or industrial-environment experience.
• At least three years of supervisory experience.
• At least one year of janitorial or industrial cleaning experience.
• Valid OSHA 10 certification.
• Valid OSHA 30 certification.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach employees and address performance concerns effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM and flexible overtime as needed.
