Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for optimizing, designing and on-site implementation of production processes for construction building materials, ensuring efficient and stable operation of all production links.
2. Take the lead in introducing and testing new processes and technologies, and resolve technical difficulties and quality abnormalities arising during production.
3. Compile and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for processes, standardize operational criteria, and supervise strict compliance with process disciplines on the production line.
4. Collaborate with the Quality Department to implement full-lifecycle quality control of products, analyze defective product data, and formulate continuous improvement plans.
5. Conduct technical transformation evaluation of production equipment, and coordinate the installation, commissioning and capacity ramp-up of new production lines.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related disciplines with solid theoretical expertise.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Process Engineer; proficient in extrusion and calendering production processes as well as equipment performance parameters.
3. Skilled in CAD drawing software and Microsoft Office suite; capable of independently drafting technical proposals and conducting data analysis proficiently.
4. Strong capabilities in on-site troubleshooting and cross-departmental communication & coordination; able to work under pressure and travel as required.
5. Candidates with relevant professional qualification certificates are preferred. Candidates shall recognize corporate culture, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
