Your mission at WorkNomads:

Work directly with customers to understand business challenges, workflows, and technical requirements.
Design, configure, and implement tailored solutions that address customer needs.
Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Success teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
Build prototypes, integrations, workflows, and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate product capabilities.
Support deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.
Analyze customer data and business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
Drive successful project execution while balancing technical and business priorities.
Provide technical training and guidance to customer teams when required.
Travel and work onsite with customers as needed.
Requirements

We want to hear from you if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong software engineering background with hands-on development experience.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or C++.
Experience working with APIs, integrations, databases, and cloud technologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
Willingness and ability to relocate to Shanghai for 3–6 months.
Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Technical Consultant, Solutions Architect, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
Experience working with AI, machine learning, data platforms, or enterprise software solutions.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience building customer-specific integrations and workflows.
Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and automation tools.
Previous experience working with international teams and clients.
A passion for continuous learning & collaboration in a global setting
