Your Role This is hourly field work built around a route of scheduled visits. You drive to rental properties, walk each one with a structured checklist, and capture the photos and notes that become the official condition report. No inspection background is required: the checklist tells you what to look at, training covers the standards, and reports get reviewed, so you learn quickly what a complete one looks like. Your judgment matters as much as the checklist. You notice the details a rushed visit would miss, explain the process to residents in a friendly, professional way, and make sure urgent safety concerns reach the right team fast. A good day ends with clean routes completed on time and reports that property managers can act on the same day they land.
