Speech Language Pathologist

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in Ohio
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) will be considered
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, ideally across K-12 grade levels
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Compassionate approach to supporting students with a variety of speech and language needs

Key Responsibilities

• Provide screenings, evaluations, and direct therapy to students individually or in small groups
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans within IEP frameworks
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student successMaintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and required school reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
• Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment for all students
