Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

Position Summary: We are seeking a talented Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in creating visually compelling presentations, proposals, and engaging social media designs that effectively communicate our brand story. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, impactful visuals. The Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's brand narrative and market presence across multiple channels. Responsibilities include crafting compelling content for online platforms and printed materials, managing social media accounts, and overseeing email marketing campaigns to engage our target audience. This position will also involve collaborating on and executing strategic marketing plans that enhance brand visibility, attract top-tier candidates, and strengthen client relationships. The role demands a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a proven track record in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management. The Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist will work closely with the Brand & Operations Lead to drive growth through innovative campaigns and effective communication strategies. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: Copywriting and media asset creation for press releases, value propositions, search announcements, placement announcements, article releases, podcast releases, and event awareness campaigns. Maintaining and organizing communications calendar(s) and content creation deadlines. Maintaining and updating the KK&W Website, event calendars and social media channels. Monitoring social media engagement metrics and provide monthly performance updates. Identifying new and creative content ideas. Assisting in developing and coordinating marketing campaigns, newsletters, and digital communications. Designing and formatting PowerPoint presentations for client proposals and industry education commitments. Creating eye-catching social media graphics for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.). Collaborating with content creators and stakeholders to understand design requirements and objectives. Maintaining a library of branded templates and ensuring brand consistency across all visual assets. Revising and updating existing designs based on feedback and project requirements. Designing and formatting marketing assets for firm initiatives such as KK&W Summits, Next Level powered by KK&W, and awards/recognition programs. Edit, proofread, and format materials to ensure visual consistency and professionalism Work Schedule and Environment: This is a fully remote, full-time, work-from-home position. The employee is expected to have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet access. Work hours will be primarily weekdays. Any overtime must be pre-approved. Flexibility, weekends, and quarterly travel may be required to meet deadlines or accommodate special events Qualifications: Proven experience growing social media engagement. Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role. Proficiency in Dropbox, PowerPoint design and Canva design. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design solutions. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines. Prompt attention to returning emails, phone calls and text messages. Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience with proposal design and document layout. Background in photography and videography preferred. A knack for creativity and innovation. Understanding of branding principles and design trends. Familiarity with the Club industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency in Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TickTok). Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in administrative roles, preferably within the private club or hospitality industries. Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for extended periods while working on a computer. May occasionally need to lift or carry materials weighing up to 10 pounds.
