Campground Office Support

This position provides professional support for the day-to-day operations of the Campground Office at Larry & Penny Thompson Park. Key responsibilities include clerical assistance, customer service, answering phones, handling cash, managing campground reservations, and processing cash and credit card transactions through a point-of-sale system. This role is essential to ensure consistent revenue generation for Larry & Penny Thompson Park. Vacancies in this position could result in delays in revenue collection and negatively impact customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED. One year of cash handling or customer/guest service experience is required. Must be able to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends on a varied work schedule.
