Senior Lead UX Researcher, Enablement & Operations – ADP ADP is hiring a Senior Lead UX Researcher, Enablement & Operations. This role focuses on improving research practices across the organization, with emphasis on research enablement, recruitment oversight, and client engagement. Responsibilities Set strategy and vision for the research practice, establishing goals and prioritizing work aligned with the UX research vision. Build and maintain relationships across functions such as Legal, Marketing, Product, Development, Service, and Sales, ensuring research processes meet quality and compliance standards. Collaborate daily with researchers and broader ADP teams to simplify processes, reduce operational friction, and enable focus on research goals. Manage and grow the client research panel, handling outreach, communications, and incentives to build trust and community. Lead and support the Jira process across the research team, from intake to delivery, designing, executing, and optimizing research workflows. Provide thought leadership on research operations, advocating for research impact within product and design teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher. 7+ years of experience in research operations or related fields, with proficiency in project/program management, process excellence, or customer experience. Strong understanding of end‑to‑end UX research, qualitative and quantitative methods, and research tools such as UserTesting, Maze, User Interviews, Dovetail, Qualtrics, or similar. Experience recruiting for complex products (e.g., HCM, B2B) and managing research panels. Ability to plan complex initiatives, set and meet timelines, identify risks, and deliver on schedule. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate research findings in simple, actionable terms. Comfort training researchers on ethics best practices and maintaining accountability. Experience facilitating workshops is a plus. Advanced degree in HCI, HF, or related discipline is beneficial but not required.
