• A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with others
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
• A collaborative team player and strong communicator who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success

What would you bring to the table?

• 5+ years of Culinary Supervisory experience in a similar kitchen/hotel operation
• High school education, cooking school, or culinary institute education preferred
• Flexible schedule--availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in English, Spanish also preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

What would your job responsibilities be?

• Deliver exceptional quality by supervising mise en place and food preparation, maintaining Four Seasons standards across all outlets
• Provide thorough shift handovers, with mise en place complete and operations set up for success
• Communicate clearly so all team members understand expectations and consistently meet standards
• Build high-performing teams through clear task assignment and ongoing training and development
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Drive excellence by contributing creative ideas for menus, presentations, and garnishes
• Demonstrate strong organization and attention to detail, with proper stock rotation and immaculate kitchen and refrigeration areas
• Perform additional duties as assigned by culinary leadership
