Regional Sales Analyst

You are the "regional execution officer of headquarters strategy" and the "nerve endings on the frontline battlefield." Your core value lies in translating the company's channel strategy into actual regional sales volume and end-customer satisfaction through efficient data analysis and solid frontline operational actions. II. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Analysis & Insights Responsible for daily monitoring and preliminary analysis of regional sales data, terminal sell-through performance, and wholesale as well as store-level customer performance. Independently produce weekly/monthly regional business briefs, using data to identify issues (e.g., regional product preference variations, key customer sell-through anomalies) and provide actionable insights rather than simply reporting results. As the company representative, regularly visit VIP/chain stores, with core activities including: Inspecting and optimizing product display, on-shelf availability, and sampling arrangements; Coordinating regional gift distribution and collecting feedback from stores and wholesale customers; Proactively engaging with secondary wholesalers, communicating company policies, assisting their sales teams in understanding campaign details, and collecting downstream terminal information. 3. Promotion Execution & Implementation Oversee all types of regional promotional activities (targeting wholesalers or stores), handling pre-event preparation, material distribution, in-process tracking, results collection, and post-campaign review to ensure flawless "last-mile" execution. III. Requirements Strong execution capability; willing to conduct frequent in-person store visits (70% fieldwork time) and reliably complete standardized operational tasks. Data literate with analytical mindset; able to quickly master data systems, identify business issues from sales data, and translate findings into execution actions. Retail terminal experience preferred; prior work or liaison experience in convenience stores or FMCG retail is a plus, with understanding of store operations and customer behavior.
