Requirements: 1 year of Physical Therapist Assistant experience - Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation Experience - Current Physical Therapist Assistant license

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide rehabilitative and skilled treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Administer various rehabilitation procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, and modalities. Assess patient progress and communicate findings with the supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatment plans as necessary. Document all required information and maintain accurate patient records in the electronic documentation system. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and trainings as required. Support and supervise students under the guidance of a supervising Physical Therapist.
