Overview

Pay: $20–$22 per hour + UNCAPPED commission

Typical Earnings: $25–$35 per hour with incentives
Schedule: Flexible hours; weekend availability required.
Location: Baltimore, MD

Store Locations: Randallstown, Reisterstown Plaza, Owings Mills, Towson, and Timonium

Were hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores, where you’ll speak with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, energy savings, and and ways we can be a HUGE benefit to their home. Generate leads for a FREE in-home consultation or sell a home performance tune-up and one of our industry experts will take over from there!

Responsibilities

As an In-Store Sales Representative / Lead Generator , you will:

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the Blue Dot brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.

Qualifications

What You Need:

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the Blue Dot brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
