Summary About the Position: This position is located at Martin Army Community Hospital, Fort Benning, Georgia. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Major Duties Perform comprehensive telephone and clinical triaging. Facilitate patient care coordination through a multidisciplinary approach. Develop appropriate nursing plans. Execute the completion of orders from health care providers. Conduct daily huddle activities. Assist clinic with patient and staff education.
