Corporate Insurance and Risk Manager Location: Bryn Mawr, PA 19010 Date Posted: 09/06/2026 Category: Administrative Education: Bachelors Degree Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking a Risk Management and Insurance Manager to lead, and continuously evolve an enterprise-wide program across multiple states and locations. This role is responsible for researching and monitoring incidents, driving performance metrics, and embedding a culture of accountability and prevention across the organization. This individual will partner closely with Legal, Operations, HR, and Finance to align initiatives with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Act as the central reporting contact for all potential claims. Report and manage claims (Property, Worker's Compensation, General Liability, Professional Liability, Auto and EPLI) Serve as primary liaison with insurance carriers, brokers, and underwriters Investigate claims, obtain video, work closely with carriers and attorneys Perform detailed risk audits, develop reports and analysis to assess risk and proactive reduction strategies. Recommend, develop and deliver relevant risk and safety training to all staff. Review company contracts and assess level of risk with each Support the yearly insurance renewal process for all lines of coverage Negotiate settlements with injured parties, attorneys, and healthcare providers to balance fair compensation and cost containment. Stay updated on laws and industry best practices related to risk management Prepare and present reports on claims status and financial impact to senior management. Lead or assist in claims audits to identify and correct discrepancies. Provide excellent customer service to injured parties during the life of an open claim.
