Sr. Treasury Analyst

IntePros is currently looking for a Sr. Treasury Analyst to join one of our growing medical device/packaging manufacturing clients in Philadelphia, PA. The Sr. Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting the Company's global treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, debt administration, banking relationships, treasury reporting, and financial risk management activities. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring efficient cash utilization, maintaining compliance with debt agreements and enhancing treasury processes. In addition, this induvial will assist with managing the risk management program.

• Manage daily cash positioning and global liquidity reporting.
• Prepare 13 week cash forecast and analyze forecast versus actual cash performance and identify key drivers.
• Partner with FP&A and business leaders to improve forecast accuracy.
• Provide ad hoc financial analyses supporting liquidity and capital planning decisions.

• Execute and monitor wire transfers, ACH payments, and other treasury transactions.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for routine banking activities, maintain bank account administration, including account openings, closures, signatory updates, and user access controls.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies and payment authorization procedures.
• Support implementation of cash management and treasury best practices, including the development and maintenance of treasury policies and procedures.
• Assist with treasury-related system enhancements and automation initiatives.

• Partner with FP&A to prepare debt covenant calculations and compliance reporting.
• Maintain debt schedules and support lender reporting requirements.
• Track borrowing activity, interest expense, and debt repayments.
• Assist with forecasting debt balances and interest costs.
• Support refinancing, financing transactions, and other capital structure initiatives.

• Support administration of the Company's global risk management programs.
• Coordinate annual insurance renewal processes with the Company's insurance broker and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a key point of contact for insurance certificates (COIs), ensuring timely issuance and tracking of customer, vendor, landlord, and contractual requirements.
• Support claims administration and act as liaison between internal stakeholders, insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.

• 4 to 7 years of treasury, corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, banking, or related experience.
• Experience with cash forecasting and liquidity management preferred.
• Experience supporting debt compliance and lender reporting is a plus.
• Experience supporting corporate insurance programs, insurance broker relationships, and certificate of insurance administration preferred.

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process optimization.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (JDE, SAP, Oracle,etc.).
• Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems and banking platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of debt agreements, covenant calculations, and treasury controls preferred.
• Experience with OneStream, Power BI, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
