We offer a $4/hour differential on evenings and $3/hour differential on nights. We are currently seeking a Full-time Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Pinckneyville Correctional Center in Pinckneyville, Illinois. Role Responsibilities The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required Clear/Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Illinois or ability to obtain one required Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check Shift Full-Time Day Evening Schedule The schedule includes rotating weekends. Weeks 1 and 3, you will have Wed-Thurs and Sat off. Weeks 2 and 4, you will have Sun-Mon and Sat off. The schedule consists of 4 shifts/week (2- 8 hour, 2 - 12 hour).
