What You’ll Do
Lead and develop front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Ensure every guest feels the Hotshots message: “We’re truly glad you’re here and will do everything we can to make you want to come back”
Oversee daily operations, including guest service, scheduling, training, and shift execution
Drive sales and support marketing/promotions to keep the energy high and the restaurant buzzing
Maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment for guests and team members
Assist the General Manager with planning, reporting, and hitting performance goals
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience (casual dining, bar, or sports bar experience preferred)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a team
Customer-service focused with a people-first mindset
Skilled planner with knowledge of basic business and financial fundamentals
Excellent communicator and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Positive, outgoing, and able to work 40–50 hours per week , including nights and weekends
