We are a Primary Care office seeking a qualified Medical Assistant to join out team!! The applicant must be able to provide exceptional patient care and demonstrate their ability to communicate with patients in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner. The position is available full time with competitive compensation.
The applicant must be familiar with medical terms and vocabulary. Experience rooming patients, vitals, drawing and administering injections and obtaining prior authorizations with insurance companies. Front office experience preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
Education Requirements:
* Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program
Minimum Experience: 3+ years working in a medical office as a Medical Assistant
Must have reliable transportation.
