Cash Management Operations SpecialistWe're hiring a Cash Management Operations Specialist to support wire transfers, transaction reviews, and advisor inquiries within a financial services environment. This is a hybrid position where you'll spend part of your day handling phone calls and part reviewing transactions, researching issues, and ensuring work is completed accurately and in line with established policies and procedures.This role is a good fit for someone with financial services experience who enjoys problem solving, working with clients, and navigating multiple systems throughout the day.What You'll Be DoingReview incoming and outgoing wire transactions for accuracy and potential risk indicatorsHandle inbound and outbound calls related to wire requests, transaction status updates, and troubleshootingResearch transaction issues and work with internal teams, advisors, and financial institutions to resolve themDocument findings and complete reviews according to established proceduresMonitor shared inboxes and process operational requestsSupport investigations of unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activityAssist with training, process improvements, and team projects as neededUse internal systems and Microsoft Office tools to track, review, and complete work accuratelyPay, Schedule(REQUIRED AVAILABILITY) & LogisticsPay: $20.00-$23.00/hourDuration: 6-month contractWork Setting: Hybrid (on-site Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PMRegular Schedule: 8-4:30 PSTInterview Process: One virtual panel interviewRequirementsMust-HaveBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience2+ years of experience in financial services, brokerage operations, banking, or a related environmentExperience handling customer, client, or advisor phone interactionsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow established policies and proceduresComfortable working across multiple systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and ExcelAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsNice to HaveWire transfer, money movement, or cash management experienceFraud, risk, compliance, or transaction review experienceCall center or high-volume phone support experienceSIE, Series 7, Series 66, or Series 99 licensingExperience with BETA, LexisNexis, or NICE systemsWhat Success Looks LikeAccurately reviewing and processing transactionsMaintaining strong schedule adherence and phone availabilityDelivering a positive experience for advisors and business partnersIdentifying potential issues and escalating concerns appropriatelyConsistently completing work with accuracy and attention to detailJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 – $23.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
