After a full year of renovations and a complete management transformation, Spa Castle Texas is preparing for an exciting Summer 2026 relaunch. Join the new team as we usher in a fresh chapter for our 140,000-square-foot Urban Spa Resort!

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and forward-thinking Spa Director to lead our spa operations and elevate the guest experience during this exciting new era. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a wellness environment and is energized by building high-performing teams, developing innovative treatment offerings, and delivering exceptional service.

As Spa Director, you will oversee all aspects of spa operations, including team leadership, guest satisfaction, treatment quality, scheduling, financial performance, and facility standards. You will also collaborate closely with executive leadership to support profitability, operational excellence, and the elevated service standards that define the Spa Castle experience.

Key Responsibilities: Spa Operations & Leadership

• Oversee the daily operations of all spa service departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop spa staff through training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintain exceptional standards for guest service, treatment quality, cleanliness, and facility presentation.
• Implement and uphold standard operating procedures, customer service protocols, and quality control initiatives.
• Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.

Financial Performance & Revenue Growth

• Support financial performance through strategic scheduling, labor management, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor budgets, payroll, inventory, and departmental expenses.
• Drive revenue through treatment enhancements, retail sales, memberships, promotions, and creative programming.
• Analyze operational and financial reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Guest Experience & Brand Standards

• Ensure all guest interactions reflect the luxury hospitality standards of Spa Castle Texas.
• Address guest concerns professionally and proactively to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams on seasonal offerings, events, and wellness initiatives.
• Assist in developing unique spa experiences and wellness programming that align with the brand vision.

Systems & Administration

• Manage spa scheduling, appointments, and reporting through spa management system, Zenoti .
• Optimize staffing and scheduling to maximize operational flow and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of spa management experience, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, wellness center, or destination spa environment.
• Proven experience supervising teams, managing operations, and overseeing financial performance.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team development skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with spa openings, renovations, or large-scale operational transitions strongly preferred.
• Background as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Licensed Esthetician, or similar wellness credential is a plus.
• Familiarity with spa treatments, wellness services, and holistic programming.
• Knowledge of spa retail operations, membership programs, and revenue-generation strategies.
• Experience with marketing initiatives, loyalty programs, or spa-related social media promotion.
• Understanding of wellness-focused offerings such as yoga, meditation, or fitness programming is a bonus.
