Sales Coordinator- OnQ and Delphi Experience
We're hiring an experienced Hotel Sales Coordinator to support a busy hotel sales department. This is primarily an administrative position, so we're looking for someone organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients and hotel departments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the hotel sales team
- Communicate with clients and internal departments
- Maintain information and assist with tasks in OnQ and Delphi
- Manage emails, documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with sales follow-up and daily department needs
Requirements:
- OnQ (Hilton PMS) proficiency REQUIRED
- Delphi proficiency REQUIRED
- Hotel sales or Sales Coordinator experience preferred
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Word
- Good typing and computer skills
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Professional and organized
- Must be local and able to work on-property
