Job Summary:

Execute a high quality locally driven menu. Learn and work any station required and execute all tasks and duties as described by the Chef and Sous Chef. Ensure their work area is kept neat, clean and in accordance to federal health policies and standards. You are expected to\ adhere to the company’s mission, vision, and value statements. Be knowledgeable of the company’s management systems, policies, and initiatives for Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety. You have specific responsibilities within these areas and are expected to understand them.

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $25.88/hr

• Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026

• Shift Type: Part Time hours available

• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

• Housing Availability: No

Job Responsibilities:

• Treat your coworkers, kitchen, equipment and the food with respect

• Maintain an open mind to learning new techniques and products

• Look ahead with your prep and ensure the station is set up for the next shift and whomever works your days off

• Be receptive to direction from all F&B management

• Keep yourself, your station, tools and kitchen clean and organized at all times

• Be flexible and adapt to changes in duties and scheduling

• Work with urgency and effectiveness in all tasks from the beginning to the end of the shift

• Take ownership of your station and strive to contribute beyond those responsibilities

• Finish all job duties and check out with your manager before ending your shift

Job Requirements:

• Knowledgeable about and able to work on a kitchen line

• Excellent people skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Able to work long hours and varied shifts

• Knife handling skills

• Strong sense of timing

• Food preparation skills
