Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Receptionist for a direct hire opportunity in Guaynabo, PR within the food and beverage production industry. This Receptionist role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and callers while also supporting essential administrative and Human Resources functions.

This opportunity offers a welcoming, team-focused work environment with supportive leadership, positive collaboration, and the chance to build valuable office and HR support experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced front office setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the main phone line, answer incoming calls, route calls appropriately, and provide courteous assistance to callers.
- Greet visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner.
- Organize, maintain, and update office documents, correspondence, employee records, and HR-related files.
- Support Human Resources with recruitment coordination, onboarding paperwork, employee file maintenance, and clerical tasks.
- Assist with internal communications while handling office and employee information accurately and confidentially.
- Maintain a professional front desk presence while supporting daily office coordination needs.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $13.50 per hour.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Guaynabo, PR.
