General Manager

Seeking a dynamic and highly organized General Manager to oversee all aspects of daily hospitality operations, ensuring seamless execution, exceptional guest and client experiences, and a positive, high-performing team culture. This role requires a hands‑on leader who excels in operational oversight, financial management, team development, and service excellence while upholding the organization’s standards of quality, hospitality, and consistency. Job Responsibilities Provide strong leadership through hiring, training, mentoring, and developing team members. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence across all operational areas. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to support employee growth and retention. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to company standards. Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet operational needs. Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational resources while minimizing waste and controlling costs. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and company policies. Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer and client service; address concerns promptly and professionally. Manage budgets, monitor revenue and expenses, and support achievement of financial goals. Analyze financial reports, P&Ls, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for operational improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities, equipment, and service standards meet organizational expectations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and the overall guest experience. Job Requirements Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership professional in hospitality, food service, workplace dining, catering, facilities, or service-driven environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop diverse teams. Solid business acumen and experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics. Exceptional customer and client service orientation. Experience overseeing day-to-day operations in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and compliance standards. Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing business needs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational management systems.
