Diesel Mechanic Service Technician

*Commercial Vehicle Diesel Mechanic / Repair Technician *

We are a growing trucking company seeking a *Commercial Vehicle Diesel Mechanic / Repair Technician * to join our shop team. This role is perfect for someone with strong mechanical skills who takes pride in keeping trucks and equipment running smoothly to assist with light diesel repairs.

*Responsibilities:*

* Diagnose and repair diesel CMV trucks and equipment
* Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and routine service
* Troubleshoot engines, brakes, electrical systems, and other components
* Maintain accurate service records and follow safety procedures
* Assist with shop upkeep and support other mechanics as needed

*Requirements:*

* 1+ years of diesel mechanic or automotive repair experience (commercial motor vehicle experience preferred)
* Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
* Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment
* Must be reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
* Valid drivers license (CDL a plus but not required)
