Project Manager - Industrial / Advanced Technology

A leading national design-build general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager for major industrial, advanced technology, manufacturing, mission-critical, and complex construction projects . The successful candidate will combine strong project controls with hands‑on construction knowledge and the ability to lead teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead project execution from planning through closeout Manage budget, forecasting, procurement, contracts, changes, RFIs, and submittals Coordinate project schedule and execution with field leadership Manage subcontractor relationships and performance Communicate with owners and design teams Mentor APMs and Project Engineers Qualifications Project management experience with a GC or design-builder Ground-up industrial, manufacturing, commercial, mission-critical, or comparable project experience Strong understanding of construction financials and project controls Bachelor's degree preferred Willingness to travel based on project needs Candidates seeking a larger national platform, sophisticated projects, and long-term advancement are encouraged to apply.
