Parts Counter Associate

The Parts Counter Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the parts department by providing exceptional customer service and accurate parts identification. The associate will manage inventory, process orders, and maintain organized records to support seamless parts availability. Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, accurately identifying parts needed for various vehicle makes and models.
• Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining accurate records in the inventory management system.
• Maintain organized and clean parts counter and storage areas to facilitate quick retrieval and restocking of parts.
• Collaborate with service technicians to understand parts requirements and ensure timely availability for repair jobs.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to place orders, track shipments, and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
• Provide pricing information, availability updates, and technical advice to customers and team members.
• Assist in inventory control activities including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
