Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR opportunity that combines competitive pay with modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, you can expect to be out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. While we strive for weekly home time, there may be times of 2-week periods. Your schedule will run Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads come with 70% drop and hook operations, which minimizes dock waiting times significantly. We offer 100% no-touch freight, primarily composed of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500-2,800 miles. Your base pay will be .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for completing 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may qualify for dedicated accounts.
