The successful candidate will be a critical force-multiplier, driving organizational excellence through the creation and evolution of operating rhythms that provide clarity, focus, and cohesion. This role demands a highly organized and emotionally intelligent leader with a proven track record in resolving complex organizational challenges. The Director, Chief of Staff will be responsible for strategic partnership and advisement, operational governance, and ensuring systemic scalability in the design and implementation of tools and processes. Financial stewardship and integrated planning are also key aspects of the role, requiring close collaboration with corporate finance to align operational roadmaps with financial forecasts. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years' experience in project management, process management, or a similar chief of staff role, with at least 3 years' in people management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy development, budgeting, and labor strategy, and a proven ability to drive organizational change and operational excellence.
