About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to provide strategic and operational leadership in support of its mission. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, driving organizational priorities, managing key initiatives, and ensuring a focus on high-value strategic objectives. This role is highly visible and involves leading change initiatives, coordinating complex projects, and aligning internal stakeholders. The Chief of Staff will also have oversight of Board operations and must be adept at navigating competing priorities and influencing effectively without direct authority. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should be strategic thinkers, highly organized problem-solvers, and collaborative leaders who thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role requires prior experience in executive support, change management, and project management, as well as a background in managing complex organizational functions. A bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Key responsibilities include providing oversight for board operations, leading administrative functions for the offices of the CEO, CMO, and General Counsel, and managing organization-wide projects. The Chief of Staff will also be the primary contact for IT and cybersecurity vendors, serve as the Affiliate Security Lead, and ensure the CEO is fully briefed for all engagements.
