House Manager

House Manager Azura Memory Care & Assisted Living of Verona is looking for a House Manager who is passionate about people, thrives in a leadership role, and wants to make a real difference in the lives of seniors. As a House Manager, you'll help create that feeling every day by supporting our team, connecting with residents and families, and making sure each household runs smoothly, safely, and with purpose. What You'll Do: Lead and support the daily operations of the household while creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents. Coach, mentor, and support team members while helping foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassion. Build meaningful relationships with residents and families and ensure their needs, preferences, and quality of life remain at the heart of everything we do. Help coordinate staffing, schedules, daily routines, and household needs. Partner with community leadership to support resident care, team development, compliance, and overall community success. Be a hands-on leader who is present, approachable, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Help create engaging, meaningful days for residents while supporting Azura's person-centered approach to memory care. What We're Looking For: A natural leader who enjoys working with people and bringing out the best in others. Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, management, or a similar leadership environment preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Someone who is compassionate, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative.
