Colossus is looking for part-time and full-time bakers to join our team of scratch bakers in Anaheim, CA! Colossus is a bakery specializing in old world rustic sourdough bread and seasonal pastries with an emphasis on croissants.
Duties will vary, but may include: scaling ingredients, mixing recipes, shaping bread/dough handling, scooping and portioning, assembling, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix and blend batters
- Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
- Prepare and maintain inventory
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, lift and walk for up to 8 hours
- must have WEEKEND availability
Qualifications
- Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
- Ability to accept and reflect on feedback
- Self-aware
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- At least 1 year professional baking experience and/or culinary school equivalent
- Experience with sourdough bread and croissants is a plus
