What You’ll Be DoingAs an Artisan Baker, you’ll play an essential role in our bakery’s daily operations. From mixing and shaping dough to baking and ensuring consistent quality, your attention to detail and teamwork will help us deliver exceptional products. Here’s what your day might include: - Preparing and mixing dough using traditional sourdough techniques. - Shaping, scoring, and baking bread to perfection. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in compliance with food safety standards. - Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations. - Assisting with inventory management and ingredient preparation as needed.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a dedicated Artisan Baker who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the table. To thrive in this role, you should have: - At least 1 year of kitchen experience (bakery or bread-making experience is a big plus!). - The ability to lift 50lbs+ as part of daily tasks. - A positive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork. - A detail-oriented mindset to ensure consistency and quality. - Reliable transportation to get to and from work. - Availability to work early morning (5am start) and mid-day shifts.
