• Experience: Minimum 2+ years ER experience, preferably in trauma/stroke/STEMI-certified facilities

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $51.29/hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
• Triage and assess urgent patient needs efficiently
• Interpret dysrhythmias and manage emergency medications
• Assist with procedures, ventilated patients, trauma, and psych holds
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and document care using EPIC electronic health records
• Support pediatric emergencies and stroke/STEMI protocols as needed

What You Need:

• Ohio RN license
• Minimum 2 years ER experience, including trauma and pediatrics preferred
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI certifications required
• Comfortable with triage, emergency medications, and complex patient scenarios
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

About the Assignment:

This assignment is located at a highly regarded Level I Trauma Center in Columbus, Ohio. The facility is equipped to handle complex emergency cases, including trauma, stroke, and STEMI. You will work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) on a 3x12 schedule, with coverage through November 2026. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
