What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced emergency nursing care in a busy Level I Trauma Center
• Assist with triage, dysrhythmia interpretation, and emergency medications
• Manage ventilated patients, trauma cases, psych holds, and pediatric emergencies
• Perform procedural sedation and support STEMI and stroke protocols
• Document using EPIC and maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Follow protocols for trauma, stroke, and emergency procedures

What You Need:

• Ohio RN license (required)
• 2+ years ER experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong skills in triage, emergency procedures, and dysrhythmia interpretation
• Comfort with ventilated patients, trauma, pediatrics, and psych holds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
