Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations for clients to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Providing therapy to couples, families, and individuals, including both joint and individual sessions.
\n
• Utilizing therapeutic techniques to address issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief, family conflicts, and more.

• Facilitating communication among family members to enhance relationships and foster understanding.
\n
• Documenting progress and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to advance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be critical in working with a diverse client base, including:

• Individuals dealing with grief and loss, as well as the impact of medical issues.
\n
• Couples navigating conflicts, separation, or divorce challenges.
\n
• Families experiencing stress due to blended dynamics, such as remarriage and children from previous relationships.

• Clients facing communication difficulties and family member cut-offs.

Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Current License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
\n
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Prime Health Counseling offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
