At PABLO, the guest experience starts at the door. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting a warm and welcoming tone from the moment they arrive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant hospitality team in a fast-paced restaurant environment where you can develop your skills and grow within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Manage the waitlist, reservations, and seating throughout the shift.
- Seat guests quickly while keeping sections balanced for the service team.
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance and host stand.
- Communicate effectively with servers and managers to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Thank guests as they leave, ensuring they feel welcome to return.
- Assist the team wherever needed to support restaurant operations.
Requirements
- A friendly, outgoing personality.
- Confidence in welcoming and interacting with guests.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to remain calm and positive in a busy environment.
- A team-first attitude.
- Evening and weekend availability.
- No restaurant experience required; this is a great space to learn.
