Schedule: Monday–Thursday Onsite | Friday Remote
Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday

About the Opportunity

M&M Strategic Staffing Solutions is recruiting an experienced Inside Sales Representative – Healthcare Membership Enrollment for an established healthcare organization in Boca Raton, Florida.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping individuals understand the value of personalized healthcare services.

Our client is expanding its membership enrollment team and seeking individuals who are comfortable managing inbound inquiries, conducting outbound follow-up, overcoming objections, and closing membership enrollments .

This is a sales-focused position, not a traditional customer service or administrative role.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage prospective members through inbound and outbound telephone conversations.
• Explain the benefits and value of personalized, membership-based healthcare services.
• Build rapport with prospective members and identify their individual needs.
• Address questions and objections related to membership benefits, pricing, and enrollment.
• Confidently guide interested individuals through the sales process and close enrollments.
• Conduct consistent follow-up with prospective members to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and enrollment progress using CRM software.
• Manage an active sales pipeline while meeting individual productivity and enrollment goals.
• Deliver a professional, compassionate, and consultative experience throughout the enrollment process.

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous inside sales experience with demonstrated success closing sales over the phone.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to explain the value of a service and confidently ask for the sale.
• Comfortable working toward individual sales goals and performance metrics.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone presence.
• Experience using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity.
• Ability to work onsite in Boca Raton Monday through Thursday.

Highly Preferred:

• Healthcare sales, patient enrollment, or membership sales experience.
• Experience selling subscription-based services, wellness programs, or other consumer memberships.
• Background in consultative B2C sales involving direct consumer purchasing decisions.
• Experience discussing service fees, overcoming price objections, and closing recurring memberships.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $25.00 per hour
• Employment: Full-time, W-2, temp-to-hire
• Monday–Thursday: Onsite in Boca Raton
• Friday: Work from home
• Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break

Who Will Succeed in This Role?

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys sales and understands that successful enrollment requires more than providing information.

The ideal candidate knows how to listen, identify what matters to a prospective member, communicate value, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the enrollment.

Experience selling healthcare memberships, fitness memberships, subscription services, or other consultative consumer services is particularly relevant.
