Join Soccer Shots — the nation's #1 youth soccer enrichment program — and make a real difference in the lives of children ages 2–10 across Long Beach. We combine best-in-class coaching, expertly designed curriculum, and meaningful family communication to create an experience that goes far beyond the soccer field.

We coach at daycares, preschools, elementary schools, community centers, and parks throughout Long Beach. This is an active, rewarding, and flexible part-time role where you'll build real relationships with children and families right in your community.

What You'll Do:

• Coach 4–15 fun, engaging soccer sessions per week for children ages 2–10
• Deliver our expertly designed, age-appropriate curriculum — provided for you!
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Represent Soccer Shots as a trusted presence in schools and community spaces across Long Beach

Schedule & Commitment:

• Saturday mornings are required
• Weekday shifts available Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM–6:00 PM based on your availability
• Ideal availability: 2–4 weekdays plus Saturday mornings
• Same locations, same times each week — once your schedule is set, it stays consistent
• Minimum 1-year commitment required

Who You Are:

• Passionate about working with children and child development
• Safety-conscious — the safety of every child is your #1 priority
• Caring, energetic, and engaging with an outgoing personality
• Responsible and committed — you don't need constant oversight
• Prior experience working with children ages 2–5 and/or Early Childhood Education units strongly recommended

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
• Ability to travel between program sites across Long Beach and Southeast LA

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20.00–$22.00 per hour based on experience

This is a part-time. All offers are contingent on a cleared background check , as required for all team members working with children.
