HOW YOU'LL LEAD + GROW

You'll learn about our business from the floor up - because you cannot coach a sales process you haven't mastered yourself.

LEARN — Weeks 1–8

• Pay: $25/hour or Commission/Bonus
• Paid professional training in product knowledge, the FDE sales process, technology, guest experience, financing, and protection - plus early exposure to floor leadership and the FDE Leadership Toolkit.

LEAD — Weeks 9–16

• Pay: $22/hour or Commission/Bonus
• Build your own book of business while you begin coaching others - mentoring new team members, supporting the floor, and developing the leadership behaviors we certify against.

OWN — Week 17+

• Pay: Assistant Selling Manager: $10,000 base + uncapped commission + bonuses
• Step into the leadership seat. Earn on your own production plus individual and store revenue bonuses, with Premier and President recognition and a path toward Sales Manager and General Sales Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assistant Selling Managers carry their own book of business and help everyone around them get better.

• Drive sales by facilitating, encouraging, and consulting with team members - not just selling yourself.
• Stay in Position to Impact on the showroom floor, supporting team members who need guidance and stepping in for guests.
• Coach, train, and develop the sales team alongside the General Sales Manager and Sales Manager.
• Serve as a role model during onboarding, mentoring new team members through their first weeks.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection of service-minded team members.
• Assume full managerial responsibilities when the General Sales Manager or Sales Manager is unavailable, including opening and closing procedures.
• Meet or exceed your own sales quotas while measuring and improving team performance.
• Build your own guest pipeline through prospecting, follow-up, referrals, and appointment setting.
• Complete the FDE Leadership Toolkit certification, Leadership Training, and Manager's Essentials.

SCHEDULE + ROLE REQUIREMENTS

This is a full-time retail leadership role scheduled for a minimum of 40 hours per week, including Saturdays and Sundays, with two days off each week except during holidays or blackout periods. Hours increase during holidays, blackout periods, and for vacation coverage or other business needs. Consistent attendance at your assigned store, participation in training and coaching, use of company technology, prospecting activity, and progress toward sales and leadership expectations are essential to success.
