RN Med Surg - Fulltime - Nights

Role Overview We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join a high-impact, multi-campus care team. Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized, evidence-based patient care by owning the nursing process from assessment to evaluation. Build meaningful connections with patients and families, promote teamwork and a respectful environment, contribute to performance improvement projects, and participate in research and shared governance. Lead in applying evidence-based practices, support continuous improvement initiatives, and assist in resource management and care planning to enhance patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, ACLS certifications required. Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg experience and experience with computer data entry. Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make evidence-based decisions.
