Benefits Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Flexible scheduling Project performance bonuses Core work hours: 8am-5pm No callouts/on-call Overtime after 40 hours/week (Mon-Sun) PTO after 1 year employment All tools, equipment and PPE provided In-house training Potential for growth and development opportunities (external training/certifications) Responsibilities Perform production/restoration process per work order and chief crew instructions Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment Prepare rooms/areas for work activities Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance Communicate openly with the crew chief and other technicians Qualifications IICRC certification Experience in cleaning/restoration Valid driver’s license High school diploma/GED Clean background check (no criminal background) Ideal Qualifications IICRC certified Meaningful previous experience in cleaning/restoration You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team. Physical Requirements Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary Ability to wear PPE for several hours uninterrupted #J-18808-Ljbffr ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley
