What We’re Looking For: We are currently hiring a Bilingual (English & Spanish) Fire and Water Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, compassionate, dependable, and fluent in both English and Spanish, as we serve a diverse customer base in the Denver area. Key Responsibilities: Document all job activities, communications, and photos using our internal software. Gain customers' trust by explaining our mitigation process and answering their questions. Provide 24/7 emergency response services when needed. Collaborate with the production team, supervisors, and office staff. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Perform mitigation services including drying, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, demolition, and debris removal. Represent PuroClean with a “Yes Ma’am, we can help” attitude – always focused on customer satisfaction.
