*What Youll Be Doing*


* Lead and oversee water, fire, smoke, and mold mitigation projects
* Set up and monitor advanced drying systems (dehumidifiers, air movers, HEPA air scrubbers)
* Perform moisture inspections and digital documentation
* Train and mentor junior technicians
* Communicate clearly with homeowners and property managers
* Perform controlled demolition when necessary (CAT 3 and beyond)
* Follow IICRC standards and company protocols


This role requires both physical work and technical skill. We are looking for professionals who take pride in doing the job right.


*Qualifications*


* 2+ years of restoration experience preferred
* IICRC WRT / ASD certifications preferred (we will invest in the right candidate)
* Experience leading or mentoring technicians is a plus
* Strong documentation and communication skills
* Valid drivers license with clean driving record
* Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
