Technical Support Specialist

Salary: $35,360 - 39,520 per year Requirements:

High School Diploma
Exceptional attendance and punctuality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid work ethic
Capacity to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities throughout the day
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Willingness to travel (approximately 25%)
Valid drivers license
1 year of experience in help desk or technical support (preferred)

Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance to customers regarding software and a variety of color digital and inkjet printers
Collaborate with end users, onsite technicians, and Xante Authorized Dealers to efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints
Deliver outstanding service by proactively engaging with all customers
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical hardware and software problems
Follow up with customers to ensure their expectations are exceeded
Record all customer inquiries and resolutions in our CRM system
Conduct thorough training sessions for customers to effectively operate our equipment during in-house classes and at customer sites during installations
