Technical Support Specialist

Salary: $35,360 - 39,520 per year Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Exceptional attendance and punctuality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid work ethic
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Willingness to travel (approximately 25%)
• Valid drivers license
• 1 year of experience in help desk or technical support (preferred)

• Provide technical assistance to customers regarding software and a variety of color digital and inkjet printers
• Collaborate with end users, onsite technicians, and Xante Authorized Dealers to efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints
• Deliver outstanding service by proactively engaging with all customers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical hardware and software problems
• Follow up with customers to ensure their expectations are exceeded
• Record all customer inquiries and resolutions in our CRM system
• Conduct thorough training sessions for customers to effectively operate our equipment during in-house classes and at customer sites during installations
