Weekend RN Supervisor

Job Summary:

As a Weekend RN Supervisor at Ardmore Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare , you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supervision on our weekend shifts. Our team is dedicated to helping individuals recover, regain strength, and improve their quality of life. As a leader, you will oversee the care of our residents, ensure quality patient outcomes, and promote a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the care of residents on weekend shifts, ensuring that patient needs are met and care is delivered in accordance with facility policies and procedures

• Develop and implement effective care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, to achieve optimal patient outcomes

• Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

• Lead and mentor other nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient care

• Collaborate with all departments, including therapy, dining, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless resident care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including performance improvement projects and quality assurance activities

• Maintain accurate and detailed records, including patient charts and facility documentation

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma
